Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our marketing team.

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with key business functions to nurture and grow our much-loved brands in both the supermarket and foodservice channels.

  • Key Skills Include:
  • 5+ years of brand management experience with a proven track record in FMCG / Food / Beverage industry;
  • Experience and passion in managing brands, brand strategy and planning, creative/business briefs, communications and innovation;
  • The ability to translate strategy into an executable plan which you will own and see through to tangible business results
  • Strong commercial & business acumen. You will be commercially focused and understand how to drive business outcomes for your brands including delivering on commercial KPI's;
  • The voice of the brand - A great communicator & influencer, with the ability to effectively manage a variety of key stakeholders
  • Proven experience leading and developing a direct report and instilling a growth mindset culture
  • Shopper marketing / sales coordination capability, including promotional activations;
  • Analytical skills with the ability to demonstrate data-driven recommendations;
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand strategy across multiple brands and markets;
  • Develop and implement advertising, POS, publicity and consumer promotion plans;
  • Lead New Product Development including idea generation, preparation of business plans, launch plans and performance review;
  • Communication and coordination across cross-functional teams including purchasing, sales and operations;
  • Collaborate with our team of designers to bring to life advertising, packaging, trade communication and other design projects;
  • Lead brand activations with a hands-on approach;
  • Work with external agencies to execute brand and advertising campaigns;
  • Management of content, social media and public relations;
