Job Title: Senior Account Manager - Home Healthcare Services

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Account Manager to lead our home healthcare services across Western Australia. This role is crucial for maintaining and growing key accounts, ensuring a superior customer experience, and driving profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts through regular contact and on-site visits. They will be the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing expert advice and promoting new products and services to add value for accounts.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for resolving customer issues quickly, leading internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from order to delivery, managing customer contracts, and analysing account profitability to meet minimum targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers
  • Promote new products and services to add value for accounts
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
  • Lead internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Manage customer contracts and ensure compliance
  • Analyse account profitability and take action to meet minimum targets
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing management role, ideally within the healthcare or aged care sectors
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage profitability and budgets
  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Firm understanding of contract management principles
  • Proficiency in using a range of software applications, including Sales Tools, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems
