About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Infrastructure Manager to lead our IT team and oversee the planning, installation, and maintenance of our computing equipment, electrical power, and cabling for voice, data, security, and information processing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of IT professionals with expertise in Computers, Networks, VOIP, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Planning, Cloud services, etc.
  • Define and negotiate service level agreements to balance performance, reliability, and costs, setting appropriate expectations for local IT services.
  • Ensure the availability, reliability, performance, and security of the corporate infrastructure, including networks, servers, PCs, and voice communications, to meet organizational and business needs.
  • Maintain an efficient Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for asset management.
  • Project management experience with international exposure; PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing a corporate IT service.
  • Hands-on, high energy, and a good team player.
  • Strong business acumen, customer-facing skills, and effective communication skills.
