Key Responsibilities- Produce comprehensive and accurate written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and improve the service, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.
- Attend all training and engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to further your knowledge and skills.
- Ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained, in accordance with NMC guidelines, and in collaboration with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
- Administer medicines in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines.
