This is an exceptional opportunity for recent engineering graduates to embark on a 24-month journey of professional growth, equipping you with the essential skills required for a successful transition into full-time work. Throughout this comprehensive program, you will engage in rigorous training and development, as well as social and collaborative opportunities to expand your network.

You will be part of a dynamic team, working within one business unit for the entire duration of the program, allowing you to immerse yourself in team dynamics and project work. Over these 24 months, you will acquire the technical skills necessary for your role, as well as develop the interpersonal skills that are vital for a fulfilling career.

About the Role

As a Graduate Electronics and Electrical Engineer, you will contribute to the development of engineering solutions for electrical and electronic equipment, including power systems, data systems, and ruggedised computing and network equipment.

Your responsibilities will include testing and analysing electronic products and electrical systems for EMI/EMC compliance, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to successfully deliver innovative solutions to our clients.

Graduates with a strong interest in radiofrequency (RF) engineering, satellite communications, RF design, antenna design, or microwave telecommunications are encouraged to apply.
