We're seeking a Hospitality Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and support our residents in their daily lives. Embracing genuine connections and building lasting relationships is at the heart of what we do.

The Role

This part-time position involves preparing and serving daily meals to our 200+ residents in a supportive environment where every interaction counts. You'll work collaboratively with our team to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our community.

You'll be working Sundays-Wednesdays from 10am-7pm, offering a unique mix of back-of-house and front-of-house responsibilities.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-notch customer service during meal times, ensuring our residents feel valued and cared for
  • Assist in meal preparation and delivery, dining room setup, and post-service cleaning
  • Build strong relationships with residents through everyday interactions, fostering a sense of belonging and connection
