About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Domestic Assistance: Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Personal Care: Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Transportation: Safely transport clients to appointments and activities.
  • Companionship: Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Medication Management: Assist clients with medication management, including administration and reminders.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience as a support worker, including experience with personal care services.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • Availability: Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
