Clinical Nurse Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work across multiple facilities in the Broken Hill district, with travel to sites such as Balranald, Buronga, Ivanhoe, Menindee, Tibooburra, Wentworth, White Cliffs, and Wilcannia to support nursing education and development.
  • Collaborate with the Nursing and Midwifery Education team in Broken Hill to deliver strategic education initiatives.
  • Develop clinical skills and rapidly progress your career with increased responsibility and autonomy.
  • Provide high-quality, person-centered care to patients.
  • Enjoy travel between sites with free accommodation provided when away from the base site.
  • Develop and implement clinical education programs to enhance the professional development of nursing and midwifery staff.
