This is a dynamic role focused on private credit business development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the growth of the private credit business by preparing and updating tear sheets, proposals, and credentials documents.
  • Research and qualify potential opportunities with private credit clients.
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop private credit thought leadership and presentations.
  • Built trusted relationships with peers and clients to meet their market needs.
About the Team

The role sits within the Turnaround and Restructuring team of the Deal Advisory offering that includes M&A, Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory, Transaction Services, Value Creation, Real Estate Transaction Services, and Valuations.

You will also collaborate with multiple services teams locally and globally.

Required Skills

We are looking for candidates with experience in turnaround and restructuring, M&A, corporate finance, debt advisory, private credit, transaction services, consulting, or investment banking firms.

A background across turnaround and restructuring, financial due diligence, credit analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring is highly valued.

Proven problem-solving abilities, negotiation skills, and resilience are essential.
