As a graduate, you will be part of a dynamic team working on state-wide projects and initiatives that contribute to the betterment of Western Australia's environment and sustainable development.
Our work encompasses various areas, including environmental legislation, sustainability, and developing responses to climate change. We strive to create opportunities for growth, skill-building, and networking within the Western Australian public sector.
The program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience, training, and mentorship from skilled professionals. You will have the opportunity to work closely with leaders in mining, engineering, transport, resource, urban and regional planning, and other relevant sectors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A bachelor's degree in disciplines related to environmental sciences, hydro-engineering, data analytics, science communication, legal, cultural, or political studies.
- Graduated within the last two years (2023-2025).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a growth-oriented mindset and commitment to lifelong learning.
- Attractive remuneration package, commencing at Level 3 ($83,456 per annum plus 12% superannuation).
- Permanent appointment after completion of the graduate program.
- Customised rotational opportunities, including potential travel across the state.
- Membership with the Institute of Public Administration Associates (IPAA).
