Pharmacist Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic hospital pharmacist to co-lead the Maternity and Neonates Pharmacy team. This is a fixed-term part-time job-shared team leader role working Mondays and Tuesdays.
Key Responsibilities- Support and guide team members to provide a consistently safe, high-quality, efficient, and effective service
- Coordinate daily workflow, staffing, and priorities
- Support the training of pharmacy staff and students, with assistance from Clinical Educators
- Ensure relevant key performance targets are met or exceeded
- Participate in research and quality improvement activities

About YouWe are looking for a highly professional individual with significant hospital pharmacy, clinical, and leadership experience. You should have a proven ability to develop and implement new services and assess quality improvements. A relevant postgraduate qualification, such as Master of Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent, is highly regarded.
You should also demonstrate a proactive, organised, and energetic approach to your work, adaptability, and ability to drive innovation and influence others. Commitment to research, education, and professional contribution is also essential.
