About This Role

This is a senior leadership position where you will champion and drive our regional strategy, leading branch leaders to deliver customer-focused results throughout the network.

You will have demonstrated experience in managing area outcomes. In return, you will have the support of an experienced and highly engaged network that will invest in your success and development.


Responsibilities:
  • Inspire and empower your team to utilise their strengths and maximise their potential, while holding them accountable for results
  • Partner with clients to provide solutions that strengthen the growth of their businesses
  • Promote trust and integrity in the wider network and client base
  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to strengthen presence and produce customer outcomes
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and drive the strategy and planning for the region and state
  • Drive marketing and promotion of products
  • Prioritise staff and client safety, contributing to a zero-harm culture
  • Inspire and mentor staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities

About You

To excel, you must be able to champion a regional strategy and make a real impact on the network and client base. You should be an outstanding people leader with knowledge of business operations, including product management.

You will be able to lead and motivate teams to produce customer experiences and business outcomes. You will be resourceful, forward-thinking and passionate about effecting change.

You are resilient, future-focused and inquisitive, with a high level of self-awareness. You are a strong communicator and can deliver messages with clarity.

You have proven capabilities in operations, people and sales management, and strong negotiation skills. You can demonstrate emotional intelligence, self-awareness and open communication in engaging with the team and client base.
