Job Title: Cast Concrete Production WorkersJob Summary:

We are seeking reliable and highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Cast Concrete Production Workers. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to develop their skills.

Duties:
  • Clean and prepare factory floors for production
  • Prepare concrete precast moulds for pouring
  • Pour and strip concrete product moulds
  • Store and pack raw materials and finished products
  • Maintain a safe and clean production area
  • Operate tools such as grinders and welders
  • Follow Company health and safety procedures and policies
Requirements:
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Reliable transportation essential
  • Positive attitude towards work
  • Good level of physical fitness and ability to perform heavy labouring duties
  • Forklift licence advantageous but not essential (training provided)
