Job Summary

This exciting role as a Beauty Skincare Specialist at ESTÉE LAUDER Companies offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and enhance clients' personal appearance and overall wellness.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include providing facial and body treatments, recommending skincare products for at-home use, and building long-term client relationships through service excellence. You will work in a dynamic team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to achieving high standards of visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, following the five steps of the La Mer Service Standards.
  • Learn La Mer facial protocols and deliver them to the brand's standard.
  • Recommend suitable skincare products based on clients' concerns and lifestyle.
  • Pamper clients and build loyalty through service excellence, effectively managing appointments and follow-ups.
  • Understand, follow, and maintain brand policies regarding store operation.
  • Maintain counter tools and ensure they align with brand standards.
  • Perform basic cleaning tasks throughout the day or as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Aesthetician with a Beauty Therapy Diploma.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country (if invited to interview).
Compensation and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for career growth and development within the company.
