Job Title: Integrated Logistics Support Manager

The role of Integrated Logistics Support Manager involves leading and managing the ILS Line Function across multiple Integrated Project Teams. This includes maintaining and improving the RDA ILS organisation, integrating the ILS function into the RDA design development process, and designing an appropriate ILS strategy for future acquisition contracts.

The manager will oversee the execution of program-related ILS strategies, ensuring all contractual deliverables are met to time, cost, and quality. They will also identify reliability issues and initiate system or part design improvements based on analysis. Additionally, they will maintain a collaborative approach with internal and external customers, contribute to business activity planning, and provide regular reports on ILS performance.

The successful candidate will possess relevant technical tertiary qualifications, 10+ years of direct ILS delivery experience, and project management experience in defence projects. They must be eligible for Australian Government Security Clearance and hold Australian Citizenship.
