Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the entire supply chain, from procurement to delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • This role involves managing financial accounts, reporting, and accounting operations for a multi-entity business.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling general ledger, petty cash, bank accounts, and ensuring accurate month-end & year-end accounting.
  • Additionally, they will oversee accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, debtors, and follow up outstanding amounts.
  • Supporting payroll functions as required and ensuring timely payroll reconciliations will also be an essential part of this role.
  • The ideal candidate will deliver accurate financial reports on a monthly and quarterly basis for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining financial system integrity, recharging between entities, certifying insurance, updating asset write-offs, etc., is crucial for this position.
About You
  • A degree in Accounting or equivalent experience is necessary for this role.
  • Proven experience managing accounting functions for medium-to-large companies, including multiple entities, is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in MYOB (or equivalent accounting software) and advanced Excel ability are essential.
  • High attention to detail, strong reconciliation skills, and ability to meet deadlines are also required.
  • Leadership capability, supervising small teams and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders, is vital for this role.
Requirements
  • A degree in Accounting or relevant field is essential.
  • Proven experience in accounting management is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical skills in accounting software and Excel are necessary.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are also required.
