Job Summary:- The Front Office Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations of the dental practice.
- Scheduling patient appointments and treatment plans.
- Managing referrals with community specialists, confirming appointments as required.
- Providing professional assistance with phone calls, addressing patient inquiries, and responding to queries in a courteous manner.
- Verifying insurance eligibility at least 48 hours prior to scheduled patient visits.
- Entering insurance details into the practice management software.
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, including OSHA, HIPAA, and ADA standards.
- Able to work independently with detailed orientation.
- Proficient in Dentrix (desired).
- At least three years of relevant experience (desired).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an eagerness for professional growth.
- Professional appearance and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of dentistry.
