The Role

We are seeking an experienced Pool Service and Maintenance Specialist to carry out on-site service work for pool and spa owners. This includes repairs of pool and spa equipment, sale and installation of new pool and spa equipment, and regular maintenance and cleaning of pools and spas.

The scope of your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning of swimming pools and spas in residential and commercial environments
  • Water testing and chemical addition as prescribed
  • Equipment maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting, including pumps, filters, chlorinators, automation, and pool cleaners
  • Organising and maintaining a service vehicle to ensure the correct inventory is carried onboard to work safely and efficiently
  • Quote generation and follow-up as required

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous industry experience
  • A current driver's license
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivation and problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to work autonomously without supervision but also collaborate with others as needed
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing superior customer service

Rewarding Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
