About the Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to fill an Assistant Store Manager position in our Booragoon store. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, maintain a customer-centric atmosphere, and optimize store operations.
- Provide guidance and training to team members, empowering them to excel in their roles and contribute to the store's success.
- Assist in visual merchandising, stock control, and ensuring the store remains organized and welcoming.
- Contribute to creating a positive, motivating work environment that encourages team members to grow and develop.
- Help manage staff rosters and ensure adequate coverage during peak trading periods.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles.
- A passion for fashion and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to support sales targets and key performance indicators, driving team success.
- Visual merchandising expertise is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in high-volume retail environments is a valuable asset.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability are essential.
