Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cafe Attendant to join our team.

About the Role:

  • The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe, including preparing and serving food and beverages.
  • Key Responsibilities include operating a point-of-sale terminal, EFTPOS machine, and handling cash transactions.
  • Cleaning duties such as cleaning coffee machines and equipment, refilling drink fridges, and maintaining service areas to food safety standards will also be required.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a barista in a fast-paced establishment is essential (min 2 years).
  • High-volume experience with the ability to work on multiple orders at once is a must.
  • Excellent time management skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and good cash handling skills are also required.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility to work a 24/7 roster, and availability to work weekends and public holidays are necessary.
