About the Role

We are looking for a trade-qualified baker with extensive experience in fast-paced bakery environments. As a key member of our team, you will take pride in contributing to a well-presented and engaging bakery department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake high-quality bread and pastries to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Trade certification or diploma in baking.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
