As a Senior Client Services Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality public housing services and support to clients in the Big Rivers Region. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, manage public housing waitlists, and allocate properties to maximize the provision of housing and minimize rent loss.
The successful candidate will have a track record of working independently, confidentially, and effectively in a service delivery environment. They will possess well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively, build relationships, and communicate sensitively and credibly with Aboriginal tenants, clients, and stakeholders.

- Manage Public Housing Waitlists: You will be responsible for managing public housing waitlists, profiling clients, and allocating properties to maximize the provision of housing and minimize rent loss.">
- Provide Customer Service: As a Senior Client Services Officer, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients within the Big Rivers Region, responding to requests for referrals to support services and information relating to public housing programs and financial assistance.">
- Participate in Provision of Advice: You will participate in the provision of advice, issuing formal correspondence, and accurately recording data on the Department's information system.">

- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively, build relationships, and communicate sensitively and credibly with Aboriginal tenants, clients, and stakeholders.">
