Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Requirements Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading stakeholder engagements, identifying business requirements and benefits, and working within a large-scale transformation program.

About the Role

The Requirements Manager will lead the continuous business improvement process, conducting requirement traceability and prioritisation, and determining feasibility. They will also manage project records and collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and systems architects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Project Managers, and Systems Architects to identify and develop requirements and business benefits.
  • Conduct requirement elicitation, investigate use cases, analyse, and define requirements, developing/updating specifications and other documentation.
  • Manage the continuous business improvement process for the project office.
  • Maintain accurate project records to comply with policies and audit activities.
  • Experience working in a project environment with systems engineering practices for requirements development.
  • Ability to maintain accurate project records.
  • Strong experience with stakeholder engagement with internal and external groups.
