Key Responsibilities

  • E-Learning Development: Create interactive and engaging eLearning modules to match strategic objectives and business goals.
  • Face-to-Face Training: Deliver high-quality face-to-face training sessions to enhance team performance.
  • Training Needs Analysis: Identify training gaps and opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external subject matter experts to gather insights and develop training content.
  • Reporting: Provide timely, detailed learning reports to stakeholders to track progress and ensure goals are being met.

Requirements

  • Instructional Design Experience: Demonstrated experience in designing and developing learning programs across various formats.
  • Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise, with experience in administering an LMS.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically and help resolve issues by providing guidance and direction when needed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management: Superb planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with precision.
