About the Opportunity

A leading international law firm, Ashurst, is seeking a talented lawyer to join its Restructuring and Special Situations Group in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex restructuring matters, leveraging your technical skills and commercial acumen to drive business growth.

About You
  • You have prior transactional experience working on complex matters with a banking or corporate background and a desire to move into restructuring.
  • You are a strong drafter with excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with your team and clients.
  • You have a deep understanding of the Australian market and are well-versed in the latest developments in restructuring and insolvency.
  • You are a team player with a strong commercial approach, able to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve business objectives.
