Acoustic Design Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our acoustic design initiatives in the ANZ market. As an Acoustic Design Leader, you will drive innovation and advocacy for acoustic performance and sustainability across commercial interiors, education, healthcare, and workplace environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading advocacy efforts to improve regulations and guidelines for acoustic environments in ANZ
  • Delivering whitepapers, research collaborations, and keynote presentations to position our company as a leader in acoustic design
  • Partnering with architects, designers, and academic institutions to drive awareness and adoption of best practice acoustics
  • Benchmarking Australian standards against international frameworks (ISO, BB93, NZ Education) to inform product development and advocacy
  • Providing expert insights to guide marketing, sales, and product development teams

About You:

We are looking for someone with a strong background in acoustics engineering, technical expertise, and experience engaging with governmental bodies and technical committees. Ideally, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Acoustics Engineering or a related field
  • A proven track record shaping acoustic regulations and developing international standards
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or product management in building products, interiors, or construction
  • Strong communication skills and thought leadership abilities
  • The ability to translate complex acoustics into practical solutions for architects, designers, and clients
