**Job Overview**

We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our SA team in Adelaide. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving company safety policies and practices, tendering subcontract packages, and preparing contract documents.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, or relevant experience. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential, along with the ability to operate autonomously using initiative and sound reasoning.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Tendering Subcontract Packages: Proactively drive company safety policies and practices in compliance with OH&S legislative requirements.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare contract documents for each trade package/subcontract and assist with administration of subcontract packages.
  • Project Coordination: Participate in the submission of monthly consolidated reporting and establish an effective site-based system for project administration.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the building construction industry.
  • Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening and decision-making skills.

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this position is approximately $90,000 per annum, plus benefits including flexible work arrangements, awards and recognition program, access to wellbeing programs, and social events.
