Job Summary

The Design Commercial Administrator plays a key role in the procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting of Construction project trade contracts for Scentre Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all commercial and financial activities to ensure completed works achieve the Work, Health, Safety & Environmental (WHS&E), Sustainability (ESD), time, cost, and quality objectives for the project.
  • Manage the procurement, establishment, and proper administration of all allocated subcontracts and/or supply agreements.
  • Ensure all commercial administration activities on the project are in accordance with Scentre Group policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the timely and accurate submission of project reporting.

About the Role

This is a contract for 12 months, full-time. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial and financial activities, procurement, and contract administration for Construction project trade contracts.

Requirements

  • Qualification in a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar commercial role.
  • Accuracy in all areas of forecasting and cost management.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
