We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at the New Brighton Hotel, located in the heart of Manly. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a high-performing team to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences
  2. Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, and recruitment
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  4. Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business objectives and drive innovation

Requirements:

  1. Proven hospitality or retail leadership experience, with a track record of delivering business results
  2. Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  3. Strong operational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  4. Highly developed customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
  5. Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
