We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Speech Therapist to deliver diverse, evidence-based therapy across the lifespan in varied clinical settings.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a valid driver's licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle.
Your Key Responsibilities- Therapeutic Delivery: Conduct thorough speech and language assessments across the lifespan, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's needs.
- Community Outreach: Visit clients in the clinic and various community locations, such as homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia or eligibility upon degree completion.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
- Access to in-house professional development opportunities, including weekly sessions, an online learning hub, guest speakers, and leadership development programs.
- Dedicated weekly one-on-one supervision with a supervisor to support your growth and success.
