**Job Title:** Quarry Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our quarry. This role will involve supporting various key functionalities including maintenance, plant performance, safety, environment, and quality control.

This position offers responsibility and accountability in delivering key duties such as supervision and coordination of daily site activities, leading safety and environmental legislation compliance, and implementing business HSE policies and procedures.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience in mining and quarrying, with strong knowledge of hard rock quarrying and crushing processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership attributes including initiative to identify, manage, and solve issues as they arise.
  • Strong organisational skills to drive results while prioritising competing deadlines.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in hard rock quarry operations and/or fixed and mobile plant operations.
