About the Role
The Senior Strategy Manager will be part of an elite business consulting team that drives business growth and success.
This role involves engaging across all stages of the sales process, from prospecting to final presentations to the client team.
The successful candidate will work closely with sales, solution consultants, professional services teams, and marketing to develop and implement effective strategies for driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and success.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to advise on account strategy, craft early value messaging, and develop experiences that showcase Workday's differentiation throughout the sales cycle.
Present cases for change, model ROI, and document value realisation.
Collaborate with senior executives at prospective clients to identify business challenges and align the impact of Workday's technology to strategic objectives.
About You
You have 7+ years of experience in a similar position with a focus on change/transformation, strategic positioning, developing value propositions, and creating impactful C-level presentations.
You have a solid track record from a premier management consulting firm or a similar role with a focus on change/transformation.
