Early Childhood Development Specialist

The purpose of this role is to support early childhood centres participating in the Kindy Uplift pilot program.
This position is based in Brisbane and will require regular travel, including overnight travel across a given week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Program management: Assist centres to develop and review their Kindy uplift plans.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Content expertise: Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines required.
Able to work effectively in a team environment and have strong communication skills.

This role supports non-aligned (non-Central Governing Body) early childhood centres participating across Qld in the Kindy Uplift pilot program.

- Content Expertise: Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines and passion for strengthening Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives throughout early years services.
