Remote Medical Professional Opportunity

This remote medical professional position offers a unique chance to experience the beauty of the Northern Territories (NT) in Australia. The 60-bed hospital is located in a truly spectacular location, where the outback meets the tropics.

The job involves providing medical care and services at the hospital, which works closely with a service for emergency retrieval within the district and inter-hospital transfer. The hospital has multiple services including Emergency and Medical.

As a medical practitioner, you will be required to have current AHPRA registration. This is an opportunity to work in a 60-bed hospital with a team of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality medical care and services to patients
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients and their families
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner
  • Proven experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
