Workplace Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workplace Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our offices.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the upkeep of our offices, including scheduling regular servicing and repairs of fleet vehicles.
- Provide exceptional support and assistance to the Workplace Manager and Sydney Team Leader colleagues, as well as cover in their absence.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of office maintenance, repairs, and inventory management.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HSEQ obligations and policies.
- A valid Australian driver's license and ability to drive in Australia.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with an ability to negotiate through difficult situations.
- A demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and work with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
You will thrive in this role if you are a self-starter who can work independently, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships will serve you well in this dynamic environment.
$73,000 - $83,000 per annum, depending on experience. Salary estimate based on industry standards and location.
