Job Opportunity:

Talent Focus is seeking Primary School Teachers to join a growing, independent, co-educational Christian school in Australia. The school provides a seamless education from Kindergarten to Year 12 across two innovative campuses.

We are committed to developing 21st Century skills within the Australian National Curriculum, offering inquiry based learning, collaborative learning, and digital teaching resources. All classrooms are equipped with Apple technology including iPads, MacBooks, and Apple TVs.

This opportunity is ideal for Primary Teachers who can teach from a Christian worldview and are looking to join a supportive and innovative school community.

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across the Primary curriculum
  • Have experience teaching primary years (including teaching pracs - graduates are welcome to apply) with a high degree of teaching competence
  • Support students in developing literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills
  • Foster a student-centered classroom environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and independent learning
  • Contribute to the development of innovative and engaging curriculum resources
  • Participate in pastoral care, extracurricular activities, and school events
  • Support the Christian ethos and values of the school community

Key Responsibilities:

  • A recognised teaching qualification (minimum 4 years of higher education)
  • Experience teaching Primary years (graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Eligibility for Queensland College of Teachers registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Commitment to reflect on and develop professional practice
  • A committed Christian
  • Eligibility to hold a Blue Card Exemption
