Job Description

The Training Manager is responsible for leading the development and delivery of training programs within the Infrastructure division. This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead 8 direct reports and a wider team of 30 employees to achieve high-performance training outcomes
  • Establish and manage relationships with external training providers to ensure quality learning outcomes
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs align with operational and compliance requirements
  • Oversee the Infrastructure apprenticeship and traineeship programs to ensure compliance with industry requirements
  • Implement processes to drive high-performance training outcomes
