Alive Oasis Reception Role

Based at Alive Oasis Leisure Centre, you will be working on a shift rota which includes weekends and bank holidays.

To ensure customers receive the highest level of service, excellent communication skills are essential with confidence in dealing effectively with members of the public.

This is a casual reception role as and when required.

The initial hourly rate for this position is £11.59 per hour.

As a receptionist, you will provide an efficient first point of service, ensuring all visitors receive the best first impression of Alive Oasis. You will effectively use the booking system with attention to detail.

You will handle enquiries and bookings for various services offered with high accuracy, particularly regarding monies and stock. Conversing with the public in accurate spoken English is also required.

A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) is necessary for all appointments.
