The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and the successful implementation and adoption of change across a global program of work.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Change Management Strategy: Collaborate with the Project Manager to design and implement a change management strategy that aligns with the project delivery approach and goals.
- Establish Governance Structures: Work with the Project Manager to establish appropriate governance structures, roles, and responsibilities to ensure effective change management.
- Partner with Technology Teams: Partner with technology teams and business stakeholders to develop strong relationships, deliver changes, and evaluate the impact and risks of planned changes.
- Facilitate Adoption and Minimize Disruption: Work closely with cross-functional teams and actively engage with stakeholders to facilitate adoption and minimize disruption to business operations.
- Develop and Deliver Clear Communications: Develop and deliver clear and engaging communications in a timely manner to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Proven Experience in Agile Environment: Proven experience in an agile environment with change management methodologies such as PROSCI.
- Experience with S4 HANA Finance Modules: Experience with S4 HANA Finance modules is highly beneficial.
- Strong Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for this role.
- Ability to Work Collaboratively: Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and business stakeholders to deliver change initiatives.
