Leading a high-performing team, Akkodis is seeking an Oracle Database Administrator to drive the management and optimization of large-scale database environments across on-premises and cloud infrastructure.

Job Description

As a key member of our client's team, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle database software and related products. You will also monitor database performance and perform tuning to ensure optimal operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain Oracle database software and related products
  • Monitor database performance and perform tuning to ensure optimal operation
  • Design and implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions such as Oracle RAC and Data Guard
  • Develop and maintain documentation for database configurations, processes, and procedures
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Database Administration, strong understanding of database security, performance tuning, and optimization techniques, and must be an Australian Citizen with active NV1 Security Clearance.
