Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative and marketing support to the Commercial and Projects Team
  2. Assist in the production and collation of marketing materials, social media content, media releases, reports, and submissions
  3. Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, purchasers, landlords & tenants to ensure post-sales and leasing deadlines are met
  4. Attend internal sales meetings
  5. Conduct research and data analysis
  6. Collaborate with the commercial property management team

Requirements
  1. Previous experience within the property industry is essential
  2. High attention to detail
  3. Familiarity with Canva and Adobe would be advantageous
  4. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and work with urgency
