The Role

We're seeking a talented Senior Designer to join our marketing team and elevate our brand's visual identity. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling design solutions that resonate with our audience and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead creative direction across marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring our visual identity remains strong and consistent.
  • Design user-centric campaigns that align with our brand values and marketing strategies, always prioritizing the user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and challenges, crafting visual stories that truly make an impact.
  • Take the lead on real-world marketing initiatives, including merchandise, events, and in-person experiences, to elevate our brand presence.
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, visual storytelling, and campaign development.
  • A strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills, able to engage with different departments and participate in company activities.
  • A growth mindset, eager to test new ideas, accept feedback, and continuously improve.
  • A strong conceptual and innovative approach to design, with a willingness to experiment and innovate.
  • A user-focused design approach, prioritizing the user experience and ensuring our visuals genuinely connect with our audience.

Next Steps:

We'll conduct 2-3 rounds of interviews, focusing on mutual discovery of alignment on long-term goals and fit. As we are a remote-first business, with teams across APAC, Asia, and Europe, we are sometimes working asynchronously. The first stage of our interview process is conducted asynchronously as a recorded video interview stage, which we've found to be the best balance of time for both applicants and our team engaged in the hiring process.
