Your experience includes leading diverse teams in health or social care, operational management, and a passion for person-centered capacity-building approaches.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in an allied health field, psychology, social work/science (current registration).
  • 3+ years leading diverse teams in health or social care.
  • Operational management experience, including budgets, planning, and service delivery.
  • Passion for person-centered capacity-building approaches.
  • Strong understanding of disability, aged care, and early intervention services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • NSW WWCC, NDIS Worker Check, Police Check, First Aid, Driver's Licence.
