Public Relations Professional

We seek a skilled and experienced Public Relations professional to develop and execute strategic initiatives enhancing company reputation, managing communication with key stakeholders, and driving positive media coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive public relations strategies and campaigns promoting brand messaging and key initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, bloggers, influencers, and industry analysts securing positive media coverage and publicity.
  • Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other press materials communicating company news, announcements, and events to the media and public.
  • Serve as primary spokesperson for the company handling media inquiries, interviews, and press conferences, preparing key executives for media interactions.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends providing timely analysis and reports on relevant topics to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain crisis communication plans and protocols supporting key stakeholders during crisis situations.
  • Coordinate and oversee corporate events, sponsorships, and community relations activities enhancing company image and reputation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams aligning public relations efforts with overall business objectives and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience in public relations, corporate communications, or related field preferably within food and hospitality industry.
  • Strong media relations skills securing positive media coverage and building relationships with media contacts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills crafting clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker developing effective public relations strategies and campaigns.
  • Crisis communication experience remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Strong project management skills managing multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines.
  • Team player collaborating effectively in cross-functional team environment.
