Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Security Operations professional to join our team. With over 20 years of experience in the security industry, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients.

This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their security career, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist management with rostering, including liaison with guards and confirmation of shifts
  • Conduct site visits and audits as required
  • Available to cover shifts at short notice
  • Liaise with clients and conduct random site inspections

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Class 1AC Security Licence
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience across various aspects of security, including hotels, clubs, and static security
  • Current RSA card and First Aid certification

We require someone who can effectively liaise with our experienced guards, office team, management, and clients.

This role is newly created, and the position is expected to continue growing as we expand our services.
