Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising professional to join our team in Sydney and selected NSW regional locations. As a Regional Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining visual merchandising guidelines in allocated stores.

  • Execution of VM plans and merchandise presentation in-store and windows
  • Ensuring all allocated stores are provided with VM support
  • Staff training and development through regular workshops and one on one coaching
  • Providing regular feedback and updates to the National VM Manager and National VM Coordinator
  • Creation of new and dramatic visual displays points from Support Office supplied briefs
  • Implementation of VM components for catalogue setup and major events
  • Assisting with new store openings and refurbishments
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify VM opportunities
Requirements:
  • Visual Merchandising experience in a retail environment
  • Genuine interest in homewares
  • Enthusiastic and energetic candidate
  • Ability to show initiative and creativity in solving problems
  • Capacity to build strong working relationships with store teams and regional managers
  • Own vehicle and current driver's license for travel
