Flexographic Printing Specialist Job

Pakaflex is a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging products.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Flexographic Printer to join our team in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate flexographic printing presses, including central impression and stack presses, to produce high-quality prints on plastic film or similar substrates.
  • Maintain print quality on multiple machines, working closely with the production team to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Develop new skills and knowledge through training and self-study, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced environment, working varied shifts, including day and night shifts, to meet production demands.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Printing or higher level tertiary training from an institution recognised by the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
  • Minimum 5 years experience producing photographic-quality flexographic prints.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
