About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Corporate team at Pilbara Minerals. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial analysis and support to commercial evaluations related to planning, investment, and commercial opportunities across the Company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate various scenarios and plans, and communicate the risk-reward propositions of the plans and strategies to senior leadership.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis, including sensitivity and return on investment (ROIC) analysis, to support annual plans, quarterly, and strategic long-term forecasting.
  • Maintain and continuously improve financial models, implementing best practices and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Apply expertise in financial modeling and data analysis techniques to drive data insights and inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders, using storytelling to connect and engage the audience.
About You
  • Tertiary qualified with a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in a diverse background, including consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or engineering.
  • ASX or international listed company experience, with a strong understanding of financial markets and regulations.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and interpretation, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work with subject matter experts and distil technical and financial information to create easy-to-understand financial models and reports.
