Production Operator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of the production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a range of equipment including front end loaders, skid steers, and forklifts with grab attachments. You will also be responsible for loading raw recycled materials into conveyors, managing safety practices, and maintaining equipment.

  • Loading raw recycled material into conveyors using the front end loader or skid steer
  • Managing the safety practices of the yard including traffic management, contractor supervision, storage, maintenance etc.
  • Loading and unloading deliveries of materials from internal and external parties
  • Operating forklift with a grab attachment safely
  • Maintaining safe work and operating practices

As a Production Operator, you will work closely with the production team to achieve business objectives. You will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as a team and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

You will ideally have prior experience operating heavy machinery and possess good communication skills. The ability to work autonomously, own your work, and provide guidance to others is essential.
