We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our Governance and Risk team as an HSE Partner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of operational project activities across our rail network.

Key Accountabilities

  • Leadership: Lead by example and contribute to the advancement of a positive HSE culture, including safeworking practices, environmental awareness, and improved HSE maturity.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Coach, educate, and mentor team leads, supervisors, and workers in the understanding and implementation of Arc's safety management system.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage operational HSE risks and hazards in collaboration with project teams.
  • Incident Investigation: Assist with HSE incident investigations and ensure that root causes are identified and addressed.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Diploma or higher in Occupational Health and Safety or demonstrated knowledge and experience sufficient to meet the requirements of the role.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in applying HSE knowledge and processes in a broad range of complex working environments.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving and business improvement focus, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and good interpersonal skills.
